About the Role
As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in manage business performance and ensure alignment with financial targets and strategic objectives. This role requires strong financial acumen, the ability to drive insights and analysis, and the leadership to guide and support key brand and functional initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting the achievement of financial targets, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing commercial guidance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of FP&A in leading the Group FP&A capability
• Lead key commercial and board reporting to ensure accuracy and insightful narrative
• Drive the budget and forecast processes
• Lead effective group reporting, analysis and insights
• Provide analysis around market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Prepare of daily, weekly and monthly Sales and Board reporting
• Drive utilisation and improvement of BI reporting dashboard QLIK
• Support continuous improvement of Finance reporting and planning through technology and processes
• Analysis and reporting to support Execs and senior leaders

Skills and Experience
You are CA/ CPA qualified, have experience as a Senior Finance Analyst or Commercial Finance Manager in a large complex commercial organisation, with strong BI and experience FP&A, ideally in Retail or consumer goods business. Your interpersonal and communication skills are first class, allowing you to gain the confidence of and develop strong professional relationships with those both above and below you.
