Leveraging cutting-edge audio-visual and broadcast technology, we livestream major internal events to audiences of 500+ people, enabling our colleagues to stay connected – no matter where they are.

Do Work That Matters

This is a hands-on, dynamic role that blends technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills. You’ll be involved in all stages of live event production – from planning and setup through to operation and post-production – in a supportive team that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, event planners, and executive assistants to plan and deliver successful events.
• Manage and operate audio-visual equipment including cameras, audio devices, lighting, switchers, routers, and streaming tools.
• Organise and assist with set-up, relocation, and pack-down of equipment before and after events.
• Provide guidance to event talent and manage their technical needs.
• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously upskilling in emerging AV and broadcast technologies.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience running large-scale live events, with a strong understanding of technical operations and stakeholder engagement.
• A solid grasp of broadcast-style setups, event production workflows, streaming technology, and system connectivity.
• Confidence in solving both technical and non-technical issues under pressure.
• A portfolio showcasing previous events or media projects, along with your ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
