We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Partnership Development Lead to identify new opportunities and maintain existing relationships in the non-profit sector. The role requires a strategic approach to drive growth and revenue in line with the organization's goals.

Description
- Identify, secure, and maintain partnerships to further organisational goals
- Develop and implement strategic partnership plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with company objectives
- Manage all aspects of partner relationships, including contract negotiation, liaison, and issue resolution
- Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences
- Prepare and present reports on partnership performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Work closely with the Sales team to leverage partnerships for revenue growth
Profile
A successful Partnership Development Lead should have:
- Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in partnership development or business development
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of the not-for-profit/ medical sector
Job Offer
- A competitive salary package of around $100K plus super, with potential to earn up to $75K in bonuses if targets are met
