Customer Services Branch sits within the Customer Services, Safety and Regulation (CSSR) Division. Customer Services is a committed customer focussed branch providing trusted and secure services, while supporting safe road use. The Branch prioritises road safety for the community, dependable and high-quality services for residents of Queensland, and an inclusive, safety-oriented work environment dedicated to continuous improvement and employee empowerment.

The Branch has 5 units comprised of:

  • Business Enablers
  • Operations Metropolitan
  • Operations Regional
  • Technology
  • Experience and Design.

The role of the Director (Identity, Partnerships, and Licencing) is to provide leadership in delivery of the strategic roadmap and policy for Identity, Partnerships, and Licencing products and services to customers.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Leads the development of the strategic roadmap for Identity, Partnerships, and Licencing products, ensuring the alignment with Customer Services Branch strategy.
  • Explores customer pain points and prioritises business value into new product developments and improvements related to Identity, Partnerships, and Licencing products.
  • Leads and manages the Identity, Partnerships, and Licencing product improvement design, development, delivery and implementation to the frontline service delivery.
  • Leads Identity, Partnerships, and Licencing product policy engagement within the department and wider government to advocate policy changes.
  • Ensures Identity, Partnerships, and Licencing products meet accessibility and inclusion requirements.

  • A record of success in managing and leading product management delivery and improvements to deliver services in a complex and diverse organisation.
  • Well-developed ability to build and sustain effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and work collaboratively in a changing environment to achieve business outcomes.
  • Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills including the ability to develop innovative strategies and solutions.
  • Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and negotiate in difficult circumstances.
  • Demonstrated skills in promoting an inclusive workplace where health, safety and wellbeing are prioritised.
