This is an opportunity to work on a bespoke commercial fit out & refurbishment project with head contractor. You will be delivering $1m - $5 million projects.

• Head Contractor Long term pipeline of projects
• Location: Eastern Suburbs, Sydney
• Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 negotiable dependent on experience and value you can bring.

What you will be doing?

• Leading technical fit out and refurbishment builds in the medical, government, defence, education, labs, and offices.
• Bespoke projects between $1m - $5m
• Diverse manner of stakeholders, interesting works that keep things fresh!
• Deliver construction program, manage safety, driving site standards for staff and subcontractors
• Collaborative team environment & successful delivery of timelines & budgets.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Site Manager that has demonstrated experience in delivering commercial construction, fit out or refurbishment projects. Exposure to projects $1m - $10million would help with being successful in this role. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders.
