About the Opportunity

As a leader of the business advisory team, you will be working alongside clients and team members to achieve our key goal of providing high quality service.

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager to help our clients achieve their business needs. Leading our business advisory team, you will be responsible for the team, delivering the outcomes so greatly appreciated by our clients. Help clients prosper in an ever changing business environment and make a real difference in their lives and the lives of their families.

Salary commensurate with knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders, and the ability to communicate face to face, phone, email and Zoom/Teams

Providing tax advice to clients, including Income Tax, CGT, GST, PAYG, FBT, Payroll Tax, Division 7A

Assist with strategic client meetings and ongoing business mentoring

Managing team workflows and budgets

Assessment of Financial Statements, Tax Returns and electronic workpapers

Join the leadership team and help shape the future direction of the business.

Key Requirements and Experience:

A completed degree in accounting or related field

7+ years public practice, business services and tax experience in Australia

CA / CPA qualification

Strong professional presentation towards clients and colleagues, proven in a similar client-facing role

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Experience with taxation of Superannuation Funds an advantage

Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive “team player”.
