Description
Manage and grow a portfolio of trade, retail, mining, and industrial customers in the North Queensland region
Maintain a structured call cycle and conduct regular face-to-face visits with key accounts
Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the brand within the region
Gather detailed customer insights to support solution-based sales and long-term partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and aligned with company policies
Provide product feedback, stay updated on industry trends, and represent the brand with professionalism in the field
Profile
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within HVAC, trade, or industrial sectors (Open to branch level experience)
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, managing time and territory effectively
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across a diverse customer base
Detail-oriented and compliant with internal policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
Technically minded with a willingness to learn product applications and engage in solution-based selling
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and committed to delivering results and supporting the broader team goals
Job Offer
Competitive base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 + super + performance-based bonus
Fully maintained company vehicle, phone, and tools of the trade
Full product training and structured onboarding, including a 3-4 week shadowing phase
