About the role

As a full-time Showroom Sales Staff at Royal Vanities', you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our Bayswater showroom. In this showroom retail environment, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing expert advice, and driving sales to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

Providing outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions

Demonstrating and showcasing our range of high-quality vanities, mirrors, and bathroom accessories to generate sales

Maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing showroom to create a welcoming atmosphere

Assisting with inventory management, product restocking, and other operational tasks as required

Collaborating with the broader team to contribute to the overall success of the showroom

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the home furnishings or bathroom products industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service

Product knowledge or a keen interest in learning about the latest trends and features in bathroom vanities and accessories

Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive, customer-focused work environment

Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet and exceed customer expectations
