Dasheng Stone is an experienced granite & marble supplier based in Campbellfield, distributing a wide range of headstone throughout Victoria and interstate to monumental mason across country for over 20 years

As business growing, our company are now seeking an experienced internal sales support/admin person based at our Campbellfield Office

Responsibilities include:

• Making outbound calls to clients, staff and suppliers where required
• Taking sales calls, general enquiry calls and email correspondence with existing and prospective customers
• Learning about the technical aspects of the company’s products
• Assisting Sales Team to do Data entry, freight booking, freight calculations and quotations
• Office administration - including filing and upkeep

Skill and Experience

• Strong customer support and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office and CRM
• Attention to detail, proactive and ability to work under pressure
• Capacity to retain basic information about technical products
• Highly responsible, motivated, self-driven, with a professional attitude
