The Role:

Reporting to the Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and executing smart sales strategies to not just meet, but exceed targets across their Sydney territory.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and other key decision-makers in the healthcare landscape.
• Bringing the company's cutting-edge medical technologies to life through compelling presentations and demonstrations.
• Becoming a trusted advisor to clients, offering in-depth product knowledge and ongoing support.
• Skilfully navigating negotiations and guiding the sales process to successful conclusions.
• Staying ahead of the curve on industry trends, competitor activities, and exciting new developments in medical tech.
• Representing the company at industry events, building their network and showcasing their innovative solutions.

Skills and Experience Needed:

• A demonstrated history of success in sales, ideally within the medical technology, pharmaceutical, or other closely related healthcare sectors.
• Proven experience selling into hospitals, clinics, or similar healthcare environments within the Sydney region or broader Australian market.
• A strong understanding of the healthcare sales cycle and the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• A passion for technology and a genuine interest in the medical field.

Salary Expectations:

• $100k - $125k + Car Allowance + Commissions
