About the role

You will be an early riser and always punctual for a 6am start, be organised and able to work by yourself and as part of a team. Great communication is essential as is the ability to work well and remain calm under pressure. Experience in breakfast & lunch is a positive. Cleanliness and personal hygiene is essential. We trade 7 days and you will work weekends. we don't open on public holidays.

Skills and experience

You must be a qualified cook at least 3 years out of your apprenticeship. Experience in grill and pan work/eggs and brekky will help. Knowlege of baking and cabinet food preparation is also a plus.
