About You;

Previous experience as a Chef or Apprentice

Able to work in a busy fast pace environment

Work on a regular basis

Sound English and great communication skills

Maintain a positive and motivated work ethic in the kitchen at all times.

Ability to follow instructions and take direction from the Head Chef.

Willingness to learn

Ability to manage and multi task a busy section

Full working rights within Australia

Kitchen food preparation.

Cooking and plating in service.

Maintaining a clean workstation.

Ensuring the high standards and qualities in line with the expectation

Cleaning up the kitchen equipment and areas

When do I need to be available?
You would be required to be available to work over our opening hours including nights and weekends. We are flexible and can negotiate a working roster.
