Manly Harbour Boat Club has just undergone a multi-million-dollar refurbishment and
requires experienced and inspirational chefs.

Based at Manly Harbour, overlooking Moreton Bay. Manly Harbour Boat Club is a multi
outlet Hospitality Venue with a 300 seat Bistro, Rooftop Tapas Bar, Functions and
Events spaces.

Due to our growth, we are looking for all levels of chefs experienced with high volume service in a club or pub environment. We are looking for chefs who want to elevate the food level and quality as we are not a normal Club.

Specifically, you will be performing the following tasks:
● Working varied sections in the kitchen.
● Receiving and storing stock.
● Preparing High Quality Fresh Food to set standards and recipes.
● Maintaining Food Safety Plan Procedures and Standards.
● Complying with WHS and Food Safety Legislation.
● Ensuring the kitchen is cleaned and sanitised at the end of your shift.
● Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, public holidays over a rotating roster.
