As our Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and fostering a strong, collaborative culture within the production team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and safety, and guiding a diverse team to achieve their full potential. Your leadership and technical expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing training programs to upskill staff, improve performance, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring processes run smoothly and safely.
• Lead and motivate the production team to deliver high performance and meet production targets.
• Develop and implement on-the-job training programs that build skills and improve performance.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety across the production line.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and culture and work closely with the team to drive continuous improvements.
• Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to staff, helping to develop their skills and career progression.
• Manage and maintain stock levels, ensuring production schedules are met without disruption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to machinery, equipment, and processes.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, ideally in stockfeed or a related industry.
• Solid technical knowledge of production processes and equipment used in stockfeed manufacturing.
