About the role

This part-time Venue Facilities role at Dedes Group in Hunters Hill, NSW offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading hospitality group. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of our premier dining venues, playing a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day facility operations, including cleaning and presentation

Coordinating vendor and contractor schedules to ensure timely completion of required works

Monitoring and maintaining equipment, appliances, and systems to optimise performance

Assisting with event setup and breakdown as needed

Identifying and addressing any issues or risks to ensure a safe and functional work environment

Collaborating with the management team to implement continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

Several years' experience in a similar facilities management or maintenance role, ideally within the hospitality industry

Strong practical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of facility-related problems

Excellent time management and organisational abilities to juggle multiple priorities

Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate

Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering a high-quality experience

Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a collaborative team
