About you:

• Minimum of 3 years of Account Management in Retail or B2B sales technology space.
• Previous experience within telco is highly desirable.
• Confidently present to groups and provide impactful product demonstrations and product training.
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
• Keen interest in retail, IoT, telecommunications, and ICT sectors.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships and delivering effective training.
• Creative problem-solver who thrives in challenging situations.
• Skilled in using CRM, Excel, reporting, and forecasting.
