About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development & Account Manager with a strong understanding of the Western Australian mining & construction sector to join our Perth-based recruitment operations team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of recruitment solutions—leveraging our specialist offshore recruitment teams. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring high-quality talent delivery and consistently exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through structured account management and recruitment support.
Drive new business development through targeted prospecting, meetings, and sales execution, managing the full sales funnel from lead to signed terms and candidate placement.
Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies, staying ahead of labour trends and compliance requirements.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, from job briefing and advertising to candidate shortlisting and placement.
Maintain high candidate quality and retention, conducting final interviews and compliance checks.
Lead and support offshore delivery teams, ensuring fast, accurate candidate shortlists aligned to client briefs.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven background in a previous business development or account management role within the mining, construction, or blue-collar sectors.
Demonstrated experience managing client accounts and building strategic relationships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
