Job Description

Position Overview:
My client, a leading provider of specialist lifting, rigging, and safety solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven account manager to join their Sydney team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting a comprehensive range of lifting equipment and services to clients across various industries, including mining, civil, construction, rail, and government sectors.​

Role Description:
The right candidate will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing tailored lifting and rigging solutions, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, and driving sales growth across key parts of the sector. Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.​

Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance safety and productivity.​

Product and Service Promotion: Promote a wide range of products, including lifting slings, chains, hoists, and safety equipment. Highlight the benefits of services such as equipment inspections, testing, training, asset management, and heavy lift consulting.​ranger.com.au

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges. Provide feedback to the management team to inform strategic decisions.​

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.​

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management team.​

Salary and Benefits

Base $90k - $110k | Super 11.5% | Company Car or Car Allowance | Commission
