The Role: As the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering this boutique apartment project to the highest standards. You will be responsible for:
Overseeing all on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and time lines are met
Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to keep the project on track
Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Problem-solving and proactively managing project challenges to maintain smooth operations
Liaising with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Upholding high-end finishes and attention to detail, aligning with the company’s premium standards

What We’re Looking For:Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-residential projects, particularly in the high-end development space
A background in managing boutique apartment builds, preferably with basement construction experience
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and drive project success
A commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety, ensuring all work meets the highest standards
