Position Summary:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Personal Assistant to support one of our leading sales agents. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in real estate. You’ll gain hands-on experience and insight into the market from one of the Diamond Valley’s most successful agents, setting you up for long-term success in the industry.

The Successful Candidate:

• Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Experience in real estate (preferably as a Personal Assistant) – minimum 1 year
• Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• Knowledge and experience with Canva, Vault, and Nurture Cloud (desirable)
