Shift Supervisor (Afternoon Shift) – Modular Residential Construction
Location: Northern Suburbs, Melbourne
Contract: 12 Months | Immediate Start
Shift: Afternoon Shift

Are you an experienced leader with a background in construction or logistics? My client is looking for a Shift Supervisor to join their team, for the construction, assembly, and decommissioning of modular residential homes in their factory, ensuring smooth transport to site.

About the Role: As the Shift Supervisor, you will lead a team in the newly constructed innovation centre, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

You will be responsible for:

• Supervising daily operations, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met.
• Overseeing OHS compliance onsite and within the factory, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Managing the construction and assembly of modular homes, ensuring they are built to specification.
• Coordinating with logistics teams for seamless decommissioning and transport to site.
• Providing leadership and guidance to a skilled workforce.

What they're Looking For: To be considered, you must have:

• Riggers Ticket
• EWP (Elevated Work Platform) Ticket
• Current First Aid Certification
• Forklift Ticket

Candidates without all of these tickets will not progress to the next stage.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in construction or logistics, ideally in modular or prefabricated building.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent understanding of OHS regulations and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
