As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will coordinate trades, manage subcontractors, and work closely with project managers to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

Lead and manage site personnel, including subcontractors and trades.

Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company safety policies.

Monitor project progress, quality, and budget to meet client expectations.

Liaise with clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Conduct site inspections and address any issues proactively.

Maintain accurate site records and reporting.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction or engineering industry.

· Relevant qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or a related field

· Strong understanding of WHS regulations and compliance requirements.

· Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· A proactive and hands-on approach to site management.
