About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Membership Coordinator to join our team at Vibe Fitness, a dynamic organisation located in Morphett Vale, SA. As a Membership Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and managing our membership program. This casual position offers a flexible work environment, allowing you to balance your responsibilities with your personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

Manage and maintain our membership database, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely renewals

Respond to member inquiries and provide support, addressing any concerns or questions in a professional and courteous manner

Process new memberships and renewals, handling payments and assisting with the onboarding process

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote membership benefits and drive membership growth

Organise and coordinate member events and activities, ensuring a positive experience for our valued members

Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the organisation

What we're looking for

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional client support

Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Proficient in the use of database management systems and customer relationship software

Experience in a similar membership or client coordination role, preferably in the administration or office support industry

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders

A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude, willing to adapt to the changing needs of the organisation

Confidently drive membership sales by engaging with potential members, sharing the benefits of joining Vibe, and closing sign-ups with confidence and enthusiasm
