My client is a well-respected leader in the Australian welding equipment industry, known for their premium products and expert service. THE ROLE:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the face of our client in Melbourne. Your days will be spent on the road, visiting clients in fabrication shops, engineering firms, and construction sites. You'll understand their needs, recommend the right equipment, and close deals. You'll also:

Manage and grow an existing portfolio of key accounts.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.

Provide expert product demonstrations and technical support.

Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU:

Proven sales experience, ideally in welding equipment or industrial supplies.

Strong understanding of welding processes and equipment (MIG, TIG, etc.).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.

Valid Australian driver’s licence.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 - $110,000 + Super (11.5%) + Car or Car Allowance + uncapped commission
