This role focuses on driving growth across two important regions. You’ll be responsible for supporting and expanding a strong customer base of distributors, trade resellers, builders, and end-users. The emphasis is on strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities, and being a trusted advisor for insulation solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

• B2B sales or account management, ideally in building products.
• Previous experience with insulation is a bonus
• Based in Victoria, with the flexibility to travel across VIC and to Tasmania (occasional overnight travel).
• A proactive mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
