Senior Property Manager - Inner Western Suburbs

We are looking for a Senior Property Manager due to expansion to start working in a fantastic high end office, where you can achieve a great Work-Life balance, work amongst a close knit team of ~12 staff and client face a well kept portfolio within one of the best respected property brands in the industry.

Monday to Friday 9-5:30PM, Minimal to NO weekends with parking provided!

Work within an office network that hosts annual & monthly staff events + be involved with directors who care about property management and their staff!

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~200 properties, all residential
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner, tenant enquiries etc
- Deal with compliance, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, portfolio management day to day duties
- Process applications, leasing etc, if required (leasing consultant support provided)

Career progression is available into team leader roles for those who have the skills and attitude!

WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary $85-90K +Super +Commissions + Phone + Parking + Laptop - Career progression into pod-leader / team leader style roles

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of property management with portfolio management experience, end to end
- Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc.
- Good communication skills and admin skills
