We are seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic and motivated Property Manager to join a leading Real Estate business located in Brisbane's northside.

This role is Monday to Friday, and you will receive loads of admin and out of office support plus enjoy a competitive remuneration package + super + use of company car's.

About the Role:

You will be a part of a high-performing team, managing Property Management functions and ensuring compliance.

No day will be the same and duties will be varied in this fast-paced and supportive team.

• Portfolio management with a supportive team structure in place
• No leasing or trust accounting required!
• Parking onsite
• Up to $100,000 + Super + use of car's
• Highly supportive & positive culture
• Team lunches & events

The successful candidate:

• Direct experience within Property Management as well as someone who is honest, trustworthy, and dependable
• Valid QLD certificate of registration
• Takes initiative and is self-motivated
• Works well with others and contributes positively
• Leadership Qualities – Takes responsibility and inspires others
• Confident ability with portfolio management within Property Management
• Professional personal presentation
