We are now looking for a passionate Senior Property Manager/Team Leader to join our dynamic team and oversee the management of our client’s investments.

About the ROLE

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be pivotal in managing your portfolio while mentoring our Property Management team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage a portfolio of 130 well-maintained properties.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with renters and rental providers.
• Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and industry regulations.
• Handling escalated client concerns and provide high-level problem solving.
• Developing and implement strategies to expand and enhance our growing portfolio.
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting the Property Management team.

What We Offer:

• Salary - $90,000 - $110,000 + Super

About YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A passion for property management and delivering exceptional service.
• Proven experience in a senior property management or department head role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of Victorian rental legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with property management software (e.g., Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express).

Desirable (but not essential):

Bilingual proficiency to connect with a diverse range of clients.
