Initial Project:
$85m Industrial Project in Melbourne's West (30km West of CBD) with a repeat client. Currently in negotiations for another stage of the project valued at $30m.

We’re on the lookout someone who’s not just experienced as a CA, but is genuinely passionate about the commercial side of construction, thrives on finding smart cost solutions, and isn’t afraid to have the tough conversations with clients when it comes to managing budgets and financial outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-7 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction, working for a head contractor.
• Must have local Melbourne experience—visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must have proven stable tenure (not changing jobs every 12 months).
• Managed commercial projects up to $40M.
• Strong knowledge of financial and contract management, procurement, and construction contracts.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Contract Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Passionate about contract administration and committed to a long-term career in this field.
