Picture this Properties is a leading home staging company, dedicated to optimising and supporting Australia’s top real estate agents and agencies for strategic marketing of homes for sale. As an Assistant Manager/ 2IC, you will be responsible for delivering strong business outcomes and driving company initiatives that support both agents and clients whilst maintaining profitable growth and high-performing teams.
Role Requirements
Coach, mentor, and empower our teams to create a high performing, engaged workplace with top visual results and very happy customers.
Oversee business priorities, marketing initiatives, and client / agent retention strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
Implement strategies that ensure every client receives world-class service.
Streamline processes, manage rosters, and improve efficiencies to ensure continued growth and success.
Take ownership of budgets, P&Ls, and KPIs, ensuring business targets are met and exceeded.
Partner with marketing, recruitment, and installation teams to drive referrals, talent acquisition, and business expansion.
Ensure adherence to company policies, and OH&S legislation, to maintain a safe, high-quality work environment.
Experience highly regarded
Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing a multi-team business.
Experience in Furniture sales, BDM, Interior Design, or Real Estate preferred
Strong business acumen with experience in HR, Accounting software, budgets and KPI’s
Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrate ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
Proven ability to drive operational change initiatives and business growth.
Hands on leadership that is inspirational and highly collaborative.
