About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a critical role in supporting their customers. You’ll handle a variety of queries—whether it’s about payments, troubleshooting, or general assistance—all with a customer focused, professional and proactive approach.
This is a full-time, office-based role where you’ll join a supportive team of like-minded individuals, working together to achieve success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries with a positive and solution-focused attitude.
- Assist customers in navigating system issues (application), processes, resolving concerns, and answering questions about our services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient issue resolution.
- Stay up to date with company processes and developments as we grow and evolve.

- Customer Service Enthusiast: You have prior experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., retail, call centre, hospitality) and a genuine passion for helping people.
