Looking for a part-time Junior real estate agent to join our team, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, managing open homes and assisting in sales and property management.

Responsibilities:

Conducting routine inspections of properties, noting any maintenance or repair issues

Assisting with open homes inspections for sales and rentals.

Maintaining accurate records of property inspections, open homes, and other activities

Assisting with marketing and promotional efforts as needed

Requirements

Experience in real estate or property management preferred but not essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Basic knowledge with Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
