We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control (QC) Assistant to join our clients team in the western suburbs. As a QC Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality by performing hands-on testing, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct practical testing on tile adhesives and grout products, assessing their quality, consistency, and performance.

Document test results clearly and accurately, ensuring all data is up to date and accessible.

Ensure all testing methods and results comply with industry standards and company procedures.

Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accurate results.

Collaborate with the QC team to troubleshoot and resolve any product issues.

Prepare reports on test findings and assist in quality audits.

Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in a quality control or testing role.

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of industry standards for tile adhesives and grout is an advantage.
