This position is available at our Australasian Head Office Based in Yatala and is ideal for a candidate willing to work as part of a small team but with global impact.

An opportunity has arisen to join our manufacturing team based in Yatala. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, this is a multi-faceted and hands-on role that is ideally suited to a candidate experienced in quality control processes.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Assisting in maintaining quality control documentation and systems.
• Conducting quality control inspections on swimming pools at various stages of manufacture.
• Providing ongoing feedback to manufacturing teams relating to end quality.
• Working as part of a team to drive continuous improvement in delivering quality products and services.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• A minimum of at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in quality control systems to deliver accuracy and efficiency.
• A focus on building continual improvement.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter willing to review systems and provide input into new procedures.
• Flexible, diligent and willing to take on any task.
• Highly motivated and keen to learn.
• Great communication skills and a team player.
• Previous experience in fibreglass or composites industries is preferred but not essential.
