We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control professional to join Rotometrics Australia. This role is essential to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. The Quality Control professional will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, inspecting products, identifying potential defects, and ensuring that all procedures align with company and industry regulations. Attention to detail is a must for this position.

Quality Control Responsibilities:

Conducting inspections of products to ensure they meet quality specifications and industry standards.

Identifying any defects or non-conformance issues and implementing corrective actions.

Documenting quality control results and maintaining accurate records for audits.

Collaborating with the production team to resolve quality issues and ensure continuous improvements.

Monitoring product compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Assisting in the development and improvement of quality control procedures.

Communicating quality control findings to supervisors and suggesting areas for enhancement.

Ensuring proper use of QC tools and equipment and maintaining them in good working condition.

Conducting tests and inspections for finished products as per company procedures.

Quality Control Requirements:

Certificate in quality control or related field is preferred.

Previous experience in manufacturing, Factories or production would be beneficial but is not essential as training is provided.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or production issues is essential.

Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes.

Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies.

Solid knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with the production team.
