About the role

This is a part-time Insurance Broker role with offer for full time at Ausure East2West Pty Ltd, based in Brisbane, QLD. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions to help clients manage their risks effectively. What you'll be doing

Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate insurance products and coverage

Negotiating with insurance providers to secure the best possible terms and rates for clients

Preparing and presenting insurance proposals and policy documents

Providing ongoing support and advice to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met

Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and changes to insurance products and services

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably as an Insurance Broker

Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with clients and insurance providers

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve desired outcomes

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs
