We are specifically looking for a well established Superstar Insurance Broker to join our team and make an immediate impact.

About the role:

You will join a rapidly growing and successful team to service and grow an existing book of commercial SME & Mid Market clients. Your focus will be to provide quality advice, maintain our high levels of client retention, convert new business opportunities and grow the portfolio.

To be successful the ideal candidate will:

• Have experience servicing and growing a commercial insurance portfolio.
• Be self motivated and driven to succeed.
• 5 years+ industry experience and a minimum Tier 1 qualification.
• Possess strong technical knowledge across all classes of insurance.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Experience using Winbeat, SCTP and Sunrise systems.
• Highly developed interpersonal communication skills including the ability to consult and liaise with a diverse range of people, using initiative, problem solving and applying sound judgment.
• Exceptional data, numerical and analytical skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to provide clear and insightful recommendations based on your findings.
