Revive Clinics are multidisciplinary healthcare clinics established in Ashgrove since 2001 and West End since 2020. We provide a blend of Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Pilates, Rehab , Gym based exercise programs and Massage.
About the role
This role is for a full-time receptionist ( 32-38 hours per week) to join our admin team to support our therapists and instructors. Some evening (7 pm finish) and early morning (6.30 am start) work is required. You may be required to work between our 2 clinic locations and occasional Saturday cover may be required.
This role provides the opportunity for career progression for the right person with pathways to a more Senior role.
There is opportunity to assist with other duties within the clinic such as social media, marketing and various other projects from time to time.

Skills and experience
We are looking for the right cultural fit for our team - so the successful candidate will have an outgoing friendly personality , be enthusiastic and empathetic and be a strong team player. We are a clinic that places the client at the centre of care and being able to communicate well with and care for people is a pre-requisite. Showing initiative and being able to work independently are also positive traits we are looking for. Previous allied health or medical reception and admin experience is essential. Our software is Cliniko. Proficiency in IT and the use of excel, publisher and word is essential to this role. Being familiar with DVA, workcover and insurance claims processes and medicare/claims processing through EFTPOS would be a plus.
