We are seeking a Paid Search Performance Manager for a high-performing and fast-growing digital agency, poised to become one of the top agencies in Australia.

Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, your purpose is to retain and delight clients by building, managing and optimising paid search digital marketing projects. Your portfolio includes a wide range of clients (the majority are SMBs) across both lead gen and e-commerce.

This is the perfect opportunity to be a key team member of a highly talented paid search department which is growing fast and has the resources and clients to continue to scale.

You will own the paid search strategy and campaign for clients, with the autonomy to decide which strategies to implement and how best to optimise paid search campaigns. You may also get opportunities to work across paid social and programmatic.

While this is a client-facing role, the client relationship, including escalations, is owned by one of the agency's experienced Account Managers, who all have 10+ years of experience in digital marketing.

If you’d like to apply for this role, you MUST have:

Minimum of 5 years experience in paid search, managing client accounts for an agency.

Deep hands-on Paid Search technical skills, with 5+ years of experience analysing, auditing, planning and optimising the performance of lead generation and/or eCommerce Paid Search campaigns.

Experience presenting digital marketing solutions and reports to business owners, senior leaders and marketing managers of small to large businesses.

Thought leadership across Paid Search in Google (Bing is nice to have).

The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and mature environment.

The desire and self-motivation to work 100% remotely within Australian business hours.
