This represents a rare remote opportunity with a modern and innovative accounting firm based in South East QLD. This firm is extremely proud of their clients, their systems and their tech stack. Led by a very laid back and knowledgeable Director, this firm is poised to grow rapidly over the next 12 months.

POSITION

Due to strong growth the position of 100% Manager has been created to free up the Director to bring in new clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Review the work completed by an in office, remote and offshore team
• Tax compliance and advisory services to a high quality SME client base
• Direct client contact

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA
• 8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Exceptional longevity and employment history (non negotiable)
• Previous experience working remotely from home
• Experience with modern systems and processes (XPM, Xero, Karbon)
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• Excellent home internet
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Stable employment history
• Full working rights in Australia - overseas based candidates will NOT be considered
