About the role

Agape Henry & Co Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Immigration Solicitor or Registered Migration Agent (2-3 PQE) to join our growing team in Sydney. This is a full-time role that will play a key role in providing legal services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a range of immigration matters

Preparing and lodging visa applications, including skilled, family, and employer sponsored visas

Representing clients in complex immigration cases, including appeals and reviews

Conducting research, analysing legislation and case law, and providing strategic advice

Liaising with government authorities and other stakeholders on behalf of clients

Maintaining detailed client records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Contributing to the growth and development of the immigration practice

What we're looking for

2-3 years of post-qualification experience in immigration law, either as a Solicitor or Registered Migration Agent

Excellent knowledge of Australian immigration law and regulations

Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills

Excellent client service and communication abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with legal changes
