As our client base continues to grow rapidly, we are currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Registered Migration Agent to join our expanding team in Sydney. Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Communication

• Provide expert migration advice and visa guidance via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Assess visa eligibility and offer tailored migration solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Application Preparation & Lodgement

• Prepare and lodge visa applications (e.g. Employer-Sponsored, GSM, Partner, Student, etc.).
• Draft legal submissions and manage skills assessments, nominations, and sponsorships.
• Track case progress and ensure timely updates to clients.
• Stay up to date with immigration legislation, policy, and regulatory changes.
• Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and relevant authorities.

Team Collaboration & Business Growth

• Work closely with our education and support teams.
• At a later stage, contribute to promotional activities, seminars, and lead generation.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A Registered Migration Agent (MARA), preferably recently registered.
• Passionate about immigration law and genuinely enjoys helping clients.
• Experienced in handling a range of visa types with at least 12 months in a similar role.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple cases independently while meeting deadlines.
• Bilingual (Chinese) is a strong advantage.
