About The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide strategic immigration advice to employer clients and manage matters with the assistance of a junior RMA/migration coordinator. The role will suit a Registered Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer with extensive experience supporting employers. Key responsibilities will be:

• Conduct consultations and provide strategic advice to employer clients of all shapes and sizes (from government agencies, ASX listed companies down to small businesses)
• Actively manage client matters by providing timely, complete and accurate advice when requested
• Support corporate clients with compliance requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following attributes :

• Must be a Registered Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer expert in immigration law specifically Employer Sponsored and Temporary Work visa streams.
• Excellent professional English written and oral communication including ability to communicate with a wide range of clients including CEO’s/MD’s, General Managers, People Managers, HR advisors, Recruitment personnel and individual migrants from a variety of backgrounds.
• Excellent case management and organizational skills
• Able to work positively with junior/administrative staff and support their growth
• Diligent attention to detail, thorough and conscientious approach to all cases especially when under pressure
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and strong customer service instincts
• Minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience managing employer sponsored cases full time
• Experience with Migration Manager preferred
