About the Role

We’re looking for a Bush Kindy Leader to join our team in a permanent part-time position, with the opportunity to work 4 - 5 days per week. Flexible shift options include 9am - 2pm set shifts or 9am - 5pm shifts, depending on the right candidate. You will be responsible for guiding our children (aged 2-5 years) on exciting outdoor learning experiences. This is an incredible opportunity to inspire young minds, foster a love for nature, and bring play-based learning to life in the great outdoors!

What We’re Looking For:

🌳 A Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent)
🌳 Experience in outdoor education, nature play, or Bush Kindy programs
🌳 A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) & First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certification
🌳 A deep love for nature, adventure, and working with children
🌳 Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
