Roccoco Botanicals is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator with excellent written and verbal communication skills to join our sales team. This is a part-time position (15 hours per week), based at our headquarters in Yatala—conveniently located 30 minutes from both Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The role requires working a minimum of three days per week, ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 5 hours per day, though we can be flexible on the days and hours for the right person. With start and finish times available that align with school hours, this position is perfect for those looking for a role that fits around family commitments. Our office operates from 7 AM to 3 PM.

The Role:

Respond to B2B and B2C customer enquiries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email

Send out email notices to our B2B customers to keep them up to date

Processing orders via email or phone

Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

Maintain and update sales and customer records

Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Stay up to date with new product development and launches

Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

Assist with printing marketing materials on our in house printer

Provide long distance clients with a skin analysis and consultation via video call or email after training provided

The Ideal Candidate will:

Have a strong desire to learn and embrace the holistic beauty industry

Excellent presentation standards and customer service skills

The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with excellent attention to detail

Easily navigate computers and programs with minimal assistance

Typing speed of at least 45 wpm

Familiar working with Shopify and CRM platforms is highly regarded, but not essential
