About the role
We are seeking a friendly Customer Service Receptionist to join our team at AV Digitech' at Underwood, Queensland. This is a part-time role that will see you providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handling incoming calls, emails and directing enquiries
- Providing general administrative support including data entry, filing, and other clerical duties
- Assisting with scheduling appointments.
- Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to represent the company professionally.
- Experience in a reception or administrative role will be highly regarded.
- An organised and proactive approach to handling multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in standard office software and systems.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software such as Reckon, word and similar software systems
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Able to lift and handle equipment up to 15 Kg approx
