Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for providing administrative and executive support? Are you seeking a part time opportunity to support your work life balance? We have an opportunity for a part-time business support officer to join our dynamic HR team. The opportunity will form part of a job share arrangement two days per week (Thursday and Friday) for an initial period of 12 months.

This role provides the opportunity for an experienced administrative/executive support professional to support the Chief HR Officer and HR team. This will include a combination of email and diary management, correspondence management, event and travel coordination, financial processing, procurement and project management support.

To be successful in this role you need previous experience in a similar role, excellent coordination, organisation and communication skills, good IT literacy, and thrive in a fast paced, diverse and supportive environment.
