This role has become available again. The Lifestyle Co is the driving force behind two innovative menswear brands. We focus on creating high-quality, stylish apparel that resonates with our audience. We’re now looking for a multi-talented creative who excels in content creation, social media marketing, and storytelling. This role will shape our brand identity, drive social engagement, and ensure consistent, high-quality visuals across all touchpoints, including e-commerce, packaging, and branding materials.

The Role

This is a hybrid role blending storytelling, video & photography, social media strategy, and influencer management. You’ll be responsible for developing compelling content, growing our social channels, and maintaining a strong brand identity. You must be comfortable behind the camera, directing and editing video, as well as working on brand visuals and packaging when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media Marketing

/Content Strategy & Planning:

Develop a content board aligning with product launches, sales campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Plan and execute the daily social content calendar for consistent engagement.

/Video & Photography Production:

Create high-quality short-form video content with strong hooks (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Conduct studio photography for products (mannequins, models, lifestyle shoots).

Film and edit behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and promotional content.

/Social Media Growth & Engagement:

Post daily across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).

Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.

Analyze content performance and optimize future posts based on data.

Influencer & Creator Management

Identify, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with our brand vision.

Develop strategies for User-Generated Content (UGC) campaigns.

Coordinate influencer gifting and collaborations to ensure high-quality content output.

Track influencer content performance and report ROI on collaborations.

Branding & Graphic Design (Support Role)

/Brand Identity & Visual Design:

Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all digital and physical assets.

Support in designing logos, typography, and marketing templates as needed.

/E-Commerce & Marketing Assets:

Create compelling website banners, email templates, and social media graphics.

Support in designing ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns.

/Packaging & Print Design:

Assist in packaging design for labels, hang tags, and branded materials.

What You Bring:

Strong understanding of storytelling & scripting for video and social media.

Hands-on experience in videography, video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar), and photography.

Ability to develop thumb-stopping hooks that drive engagement.

Experience with studio and lifestyle product photography.

Understanding of social media growth strategies (organic & paid).

Strong design aesthetic with basic experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Experience working with influencers to produce content and drive engagement.

Passion for menswear, fashion, and content creation.

📈 Social Growth & Engagement

Increase followers by X% per month across key platforms.

Boost engagement rate (likes, shares, comments, saves) by X% per post.

Grow video views and retention rates.

📹 Content Production

Publish X pieces of content per week (videos, reels, carousels, etc.).

Ensure all product launches have supporting photo & video content.

🎯 Sales & Traffic Impact

Increase website traffic from social media by X% month-over-month.

Improve conversion rate from social-driven traffic.

🤝 Influencer Performance & ROI

Recruit and manage X influencers per month for brand collaborations.

Achieve X% increase in influencer-generated content.

Measure and report ROI on influencer partnerships.

🎨 Branding & Design Impact

Deliver X new branding assets per quarter (logos, packaging, marketing collateral).

Ensure all e-commerce and social graphics are aligned with brand guidelines.

Improve packaging aesthetics & customer experience through design updates.
