Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a labourer to perform general tasks such as demolitions, cleaning job sites, deliveries and maintaining a safe and organised work environment.

As part of our team, you would be responsible for working as a team and independently assisting in loading and unloading materials and equipment, conducting dump runs to dispose of waste and materials as needed and supporting skilled tradespeople e.g. carpenters, electricians, plumbers with a range of tasks to ensure they have the necessary tools and materials needed to complete the job efficiently and on time. All team members are required to follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with all safety regulations on-site, assist in the setup and takedown of job site equipment and temporary structures as well as participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or general labour is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, be reliable and have a willingness to learn. Good communication skills are highly desirable, as you will be working closely with the Company Director. A valid driver’s license is mandatory as a company vehicle will be provided.
