THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Tile Labourer, you'll play a vital role in supporting skilled tradespeople with tiling, waterproofing, and screed tasks across diverse residential and commercial projects. Your role will be hands-on, essential for ensuring high-quality tile installations and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and clean work areas before and after tile installation.

Mix and prepare mortar, adhesives, and grout.

Cut and shape tiles as directed by supervisors.

Assist with tile layout and placement, ensuring accuracy.

Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any issues promptly.

Follow safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe workspace.

Provide general labour support as required.

ABOUT YOU

You’re physically fit, reliable, and eager to build your skills within the construction industry. With excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on teamwork, you take pride in consistently delivering high-quality results.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Previous construction or labour-intensive experience preferred.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.

Physical stamina for bending, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.

Basic knowledge of tiling processes and materials (advantageous).

Strong commitment to safety regulations and quality standards.

Valid Driver's Licence.

Current White Card.
